Overview

Bayesian Health is on a mission to make healthcare proactive by empowering physicians, nurses, and care team members with real-time data to save lives.

Data is everywhere in our healthcare system, but it hasn’t yet been organized, analyzed, and presented in a way that helps physicians deliver proactive, higher quality care. Bayesian’s AI platform activates state-of-the-art AI within the electronic medical record (EMR) to deliver accurate and actionable clinical signals that catch life-threatening events early, resulting in better patient health outcomes.

My Role

I was the lead Product Manager and Product Designer for almost 3 years, working with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, salespeople, and data scientists. I wore multiple hats as a designer, engineer, and product owner. My responsibilities included:

• Developing the team’s design system in Figma

• Conducting virtual and on-site interviews with doctors, nurses, and other clinicians in order to collect feedback on our latest product workflows

• Redesigning and iterating on new and existing product features

• Planning and executing development timelines and getting alignment/buy-in across teams

• Managing project scope and creating a consistent approach to feature prioritization

• Building the frontend UI of our product while managing designer-developer handoff

The Product

I was the main designer for Bayesian Health’s flagship sepsis and deterioration product and facilitated its deployment across major health systems. This project is protected under NDA.
